Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping partner and is on its way to you.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery time refers to the transit period after your order has been dispatched. This may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

Order Changes and Shipping Details

If our system detects an issue with your address, we will contact you via email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you need to make a change, please email us at contact@lombarto.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed after this time.
Delayed Delivery

If any issues arise with your order, we will keep you informed and do our best to assist. Please note that Lombarto is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is outside of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@lombarto.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We also recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will support you in resolving the issue wherever possible.
