Cancellation Policy

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make adjustments.

If your order is cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident you’ll love your Lombarto bag, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 60-day money back guarantee.

We recommend using the product for at least 14 days so you can fully experience its benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return it within 60 days of delivery.

Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To help us process your request quickly, include your order number or the name and email address used when placing your order.


Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Email contact@lombarto.com with a clear photo of the damage, and we’ll review your case to determine if you’re eligible for a replacement at no cost.

Please note that damage to outer packaging (such as dented boxes) with the product intact is not considered a defect. We do not cover damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

If you experience an issue during delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the fastest resolution. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
